IMPORTANT CHARTER INFORMATION USCG Approved for one to six passengers. A 30% deposit is required with all reservations. Full refund if charter is cancelled 15 days prior to departure. In the event of inclement weather or mechanical failure, deposits will be carried over to another available date. Inclement weather cancellations will be determined by the Captain only. The Captain reserves the right to cancel the charter with a full refund or reschedule. We comply with the USCG Zero Tolerance Policy. In the event any illegal substances are brought aboard, we will immediately return to the dock. No refund will be given. Beer is permitted, in cans only, provided it is consumed in moderation by adults. No hard liquor please. GRATUITY: Customary sport fishing etiquette suggests leaving a 15% tip for the mate at the close of the trip. The mate works hard to raise, boat and clean your catch. Please extend your appreciation and courtesy for his effort.
